Drawing
I’ve always found drawing to be a ton of fun, even though I never actually had formal training. I’ve tried to teach myself different styles, like watercolor and oil pastels, and nowadays, I’ll sometimes doodle with Procreate. While I may not have a solid theoretical foundation or technical skills, I have always been sensitive to images and colors. With a reference to help me out, I can usually create something that I don't feel ashamed of.

The image above is a piece I created while practicing 2D platformer game design. I referenced a few photos and cartoon designs to create a scene with a girl on a motorcycle riding along a coastal road, and I used Procreate to add a simple animation. In the showcase, I've included some of my other drawing attempts, like cartoon characters, greeting cards, and some sketches I did while traveling.
